L3ATTAR

Terms of use

Last updated: 18 September 2026

These Terms of use govern access to and use of L3ATTAR (the “Service”), a digital shop ledger for merchants and their clients. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

L3ATTAR is operated by the L3ATTAR team. Contact: support@rezq.app.

The Service helps merchants track clients, sales, stock, and store credit (tlou9), and lets invited clients view their balance with a merchant.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may delete your account from Security settings, subject to any open store-credit balances and the rules described in the product.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful business and personal purposes related to shop ledger management.

You must not misuse the Service (including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting availability, scraping at scale, or uploading unlawful content).

Merchants remain responsible for the accuracy of ledger entries they create and for their relationship with their clients.

4. Service availability

We aim to keep L3ATTAR available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may evolve. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.

5. Free and paid plans

L3ATTAR may offer free access and future paid plans. Pricing and features will be shown in the product or on the website before you subscribe.

If paid plans apply, fees, billing periods, and cancellation rules will be stated at purchase.

6. Intellectual property

L3ATTAR branding, software, and interface remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service as provided.

You retain rights to the business data you enter. You grant us a license to host and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not a bank, payment processor, or accounting firm.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made solely from ledger data in the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, by notice in the app or by email.

Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
